- The modalities a therapist might use in treatment can make a difference in your care, however research has shown that it's the therapeutic relationship that people find to be most helpful. Counseling is an investment in yourself. I encourage you to take 15 minutes to see if you feel we're a good fit. - $175 per 50-minute Individual Therapy Session
- An initial assessment consists of a thorough clinical interview, review of intake forms and discussion of your needs and goals in therapy. The initial session is 60 minutes. Ongoing psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes.

Insurance
If I am an out-of-network provider with your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill at your request to present to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Here are some questions to ask your PPO regarding this option:
- Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?
- What are my out-of-network provider benefits for mental/behavioral health services?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval or pre-authorization required?
Clinical Supervision
- $125 per individual session
- $175 per triadic session
- $350 per group session
Individual (60 minutes), triadic (60 minutes), and group supervision (2 hours) for ASW and AMFT licensure candidates. I am trained to provide clinical supervision in both California and New York.
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
